• 1.0 SERVICE DESCRIPTION
  The company provides transportation services and makes available private vehicles with driver, registered as operator number 09314004201, subject to French Tourism Code articles L 231-1 to L231-4.
• 2.0 RESERVING A VEHICLE
  All vehicles are sedan models. Service operates 24/7 by advance reservation only.
• 2.1 PREREQUISITE CONDITIONS
  Reservation requires prior acceptance of these Terms.
• 3.0 CANCELLATION
  Cancellations 2+ hours before departure receive full refund. Later cancellations incur full journey cost.
• 6.0 PAYMENT
  Payment via PayPal, Stripe, or cash directly to driver.
• 9.2 INSURANCE
  Company maintains comprehensive insurance covering passenger bodily injury and property damage.
• 10.1 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
  Governed by French law. Business disputes subject to Commercial Court of Bobigny.
