We are pleased to announce the certification of the Quality Tourism™ “VTC – Limousine” brand, the objective of which is to promote virtuous professionals, able to offer an exclusive transport service, distinct from that of a classic VTC. In order to improve the quality of tourist services in France, the State has created the Qualité Tourisme label.
Professionals who receive this label are recognised for the quality of their welcome and their services.
It should be noted that the services are regularly subjected to unannounced checks. The Quality Tourism Mark is awarded under very strict conditions.
The professional must commit to the following essential requirements :
- The quality of the reception
- Attentive staff
- Mastery of foreign languages
- Personalized services
- Comfort and impeccable cleanliness
- Taking your opinion into account (handling of complaints, analysis of e-reputation…)
- Achieving a high level of performance during the audit carried out as a mystery customer by an external and independent firm
